The preliminary report on this air accident has been published and it finds that both engines had been shut down manually by one of the pilots moments after take off. Both fuel cut off switches had been switched to the off position and then switched back to on but by then it was too late. It seems there is no way the switches could have been flicked by accident. They have to be lifted against a strong spring and located in a slot to the off position. Let the conspiracy theories begin. Very sad.
