    went back and saw the change from a rope to a towbar, to be fair though the rac and aa have been using these towbars long before health and safety went mental...they are very effective and no way the towee can run into the towtruck.. :)

    can you post them susan ? we go two or three times a year too but the technology for posting etc is beyond this old dog...keep meaning to get my daughter to sort it for me but something else always crops up, like can u paint my window frames or put a floor in the loft.....you know how it goes.. :D

I was at the supermarket...grocery store...this morning and was so pleased to see 3 out of 4 people wearing a poppy. its a silent respectful thing, seeing poppies worn by children and placed on baby buggies warmed...

    there are still tobacconists around sue, but few and far between and usually a specialist shop in city centres...I know there is still one in leeds which focuses on pipe tobaccos and cigars but sells tobacco blends to mix for the roll your own cohort.

    First episode

    agree with you all...the first two series with blamire are all wonderful...full steam behind is brilliant with foggy, and might I add..from wellies to wetsuit....I believe full steam was brian wildes favourite and wellies was bill owens....I can see why :)
