What Episode Was this Seen in 6

This is the last picture and a difficult one to spot,as the original view of this house was more to the side and I believe it was only seen once,have a go and after a while I will leave some clues,but to start with it was in a later series,now if only I could recall the episode title

Well done Amos,that was the house that they shared,Tom was trying to find Smiler a lady friend in the episode,it was the one when Barry & Glenda had a lady visitor and went to the stately home
