I know all the operator suites were very similar, but that does look like Banbury High Street, even down to the table in the foreground. The Supervisors desk is just off the the left. The main door is on the far right. When you went in you had to walk the entire length of the room to ask the Supervisor for permission to be in her Switchroom!

When In worked in Data Centre networks we had duel comms rooms one was the maximum distance from the office space the building allowed, it was about a 1km round trip forget something and you double that , I have never been that fit again .
