I am another Over 70 member here.Passed 75 last year and still going on.
The company I used to work for (Eye-Bee-Emm) maintains a really nice
gym here in Durham (NC) and that seems to keep me in shape. That
and walking our dog a lot.

Mostly our Boarder Collie (Dixie) takes me.We live in a nice, country-ish area
with woods and a large pond to walk about, and several neighbor dogs as well.
Wife and I take turns and walk together too. We each get several walks a day.
In any case, the dog always leads.
