I'm a big fan of Roy Clarkes 3 most successful comedies, Keeping Up Appearances, Open All Hours & of course LOTSW!!!

Many of the actors have appeared in at least 2 of these series ie;

Josephine Tewson - Miss Davenport & Elizabeth (KUA)
Kathy Staff - Nora Batty & Mrs Blewett (OAH)

There are many others who've had cameo roles in 2 ie John Challis was in LOTSW and was a bread man in OAH, Trevor Bannister, Golf Captain & he was a kitchen salesman in KUA.

Can you think of any more actors who appeared in 2 of these series? Interestingly I cannot think of any actors who have appeared in all 3, but star prize if you can?!!!???!?
 
Juliet Cooke played Mavis from the card shop in And a Dewhurst up a Fir tree (LOTSW) and a customer in the original Open all hours, who wanted something deadly but untraceable to give her husband.
 
Brian Peck who played Bert Scrooby in An Apple a Day (LOTSW) was also in the original OAH as someone who came into the shop that Arkwright sold ciggies to, even though he didn't smoke.
 
I reckon there will be quite a few, particularly as LOTSW used hundreds of actors, but I'm intrigued to see if anyone can come up with an actor in all 3!
 
I'm struggling to think of an actor in all 3. Maggie Ollerenshaw was another that appeared in two, but wasn't in Keeping up Appearances, which is a shame as she would've been ideal.
 
Stuart Fell was in all three series but technically he isn't an actor he is a stuntman but has clearly appeared in the finished version of all three shows and was given a credit on all three does that count ?? On the two show example there is of course the obvious Lynda Baron Lilly Bless her and Nurse Gladys :)
 
I thought Jeanne Mockford was a nailed on cert for all three shows I thought given her historu of small parts in most of the classic comedies she must have been a customer at the shop in OAH but sadly she wasn't so again its only a two.

Thats a cheeky call but I like your ingenuity!!!! Unless we can find an actor you've probably won the star prize with that one!!!

Another link in that episode Barry Gosney who plays 'the lad' also played a very similar character in KUA when Hyacinth visits some country house somewhere! Any more, surely there must be others

Roger you are an absolute genius!!! how on earth did you know that?????? Be honest was it knowledge or did you have to use the internet to find out?
 
Its knowledge I keep hinting to Roger he should be on Mastermind I can see the glass bowl with his name on it , specialist subject LOTSW of course:)

Stuntman Stuart Fell was the leading contender until the wheels came off :08::fp: with the unmasking of Clare , he is making a steady recovery and hopes to be back in the saddle, motorbike pillion , car seat , plane ejector seat soon !

Seriously though if it wasn't for him some of the more dangerous clips in our beloved show would never have been shown on screen . I looked him up and is a man of many talents. He is an ex Para , member of the Magic Circle and a Professional Juggler . :)
