So, these are pictures from today, we had a great time. I'm too tired to upload any videos, shoot for that tomorrow :D

Yes we take snacks and Gatorade while riding, believe it or not it really wears you out. If we ride for a full four hours, we are exhausted.
We did about 3.5 hours yesterday, about 30 miles.
