In the episode 'The Kink In Foggy's Niblick' when Foggy enters the clubhouse there are several people at the bar.My question, is that Richard Stilgoe at the bar?

Well it does look like him,I assume you mean the chap in white closest to the camera,I have a feeling this question has been asked before but no firm answer was ever found,Terry

Best guess, too young for Richard Stilgoe.

I've just had a close look and my answer would be, that while it does look a fair bit like Stilgoe, it isn't actually him.
