I don`t think this has been noticed before but I have just watched "In Which Howard Gets Double Booked" Has anyone noticed when Pearl and Nellie leave to go to the "Fox & Duck" Pearl has her usual beret type hat on but when they are in the pub she has a different one on.
Just thought I would mention it.

Good catch. I can't believe we never noticed that before. I wonder if it was done because the tan beret matched her coat when they left the house, but clashed with her gray dress in the pub. The gray hat is just so different from anything she ever wore, it really stands out. Of course they wouldn't expect anyone to notice it - but they didn't count on all the Barmpots who watch the episodes over and over again.
