I've read about the trio appearing in a short sketch at the Royal Variety Show in 1984, here's a photo from that performance

No, that photo is from 1989, which is after Jonathan Linsley left the show

In fact all the photos featuring Seymour were taken on 31st August 1989, so they must have been filming scenes for season 11. Here's 2 more from that day

Just to add, the scenes in Wesleys garage there are filming for the episode "The Kiss and Mavis Poskit".
