Cracking pic. We've just spent a week away in the camper. Up to the Lakes and over the North Yorkshire Moors to a festival in Bedale and then back again. I think the rd from Ingleton to Leyburn is my favourite drive of all...i know it's a bit too North for Summer Wine Country but it's a great bit of Yorkshire. I took these pics this morning in Hawes. On a very loose LOTSW connection last night we camped near the Wensleydale Creamery

I took these pics this morning in Hawes

I was on a Yorkshire Dales bus trip a couple of years back which took in some of the surrounding areas this was my favourite spot it was so fresh and crisp . I really liked Hawes what a wonderful village .

It certainly is Captain. Very fond of Leyburn as well. Plenty of the series All Creatures Great and Small was filmed in Hawes and Leyburn too.

I imagine it will look very different today with the Storm as does a lot of the country here are two pictures of Dawlish beach one from a couple of days ago and one today what a contrast.
