I know exactly where this was taken. I think it first appeared in a Seymour episode..."Wind Power?" but I know it appeared in several in later seasons, just cannot remember which. Definitely a couple in the Truly era.It also featured prominently in the Wednesday Morning episode of Brian's LOTSW roadtrip, Jul 17

I found the answer in the Locations Map section. I thought I had seen the photo or one similar somewhere on the forum. It is listed under 'Wind Power Rocks'.
