My car

There was an article about a man who was fined for flouting the current isolation rules. Caught in his car he protested that he was simply taking his one daily exercise that was allowed under the rules . The police considered his case carefully but in the end fined a Mr F. Flintstone of Bedrock Shropshire £500 :08::fp:

My daughter was worried because hers is due an mot this month but I told her she's got a 6 month grace period now.

My car is under warranty and it's invalidated if I go over 1 month over the servicing interval. The garage rang to say they're not servicing cars, and if I drive it after May the warranty won't cover any damage it causes. Which begs the question, how on earth am I going to get it to be serviced when this is all over????

Wonder if any of the dial up mechanics who come to you are still working seen ads for them on TV might be worth checking Barry
Thanks for the idea, but it has to be serviced by a main dealer or it'll affect the warranty/residuals so I think I'll just get them to collect it when they can so it's then their problem!
