Mush, that's what else.They're apparently marrowfat peas, and with a rather high sodium content. What else is required for them to be classified as "mushy peas?"

I'll see if I can find these. The only other options I saw were some that were still dry in small packets you would cook at home. There are multiple sections of the store, sectioned by country so I'll look around next time I'm up there.
