more new videos ...

I watched with great interest your latest deeply thought provoking episode Leigh , your research is impeccable and of significant detail it must have taken you a considerable time . I remember seeing Speight interviewed but sadly find it hard with advancing years of how I perceived it at the time but I am sure my views would have changed significantly with the passing years .

That whole era of TV is tainted with what the content portrayed sadly as you say millions of people held similar views to what Alf presented through Speight's script thankfully we are more enlightened however, many millions may still hold those types of views despite the passage of time . Congratulations on presenting a fascinating insight into the controversial world of TV in that era , well done Leigh.

Yes, there are still weekly Sunday videos.
I'm all behind since that "Least Funny Sitcoms" video had 37,000 views in one week - when I normally get about 3,000! After nearly three weeks it has 54,000 views. A couple of my other recent videos have also had significantly more views than normal. So - along with all the views - came 100s of comments, mostly questions and suggestions, some compliments - and a few arguments! Reviewing and answering those mean - combined with filming and editing a new series of 7 videos - I've been nearly 'full-time' doing YouTube stuff recently! Thankfully it also means a bit more money from YouTube, which this month paid the car tax. The car insurance is due next month!

So, Thank You -
My 'Summer Wine Decanted' series and your interest in the videos started me off on this journey and helped my YouTube channel and videos get seen by more and more people.

I have lots of ideas for videos - and - yes there really is another 'Summer Wine Decanted' video to come and a nine-part 'First of the Summer Wine' series. I just need to break even on the housekeeping and bills, to have the resources for travel and accommodation to visit Yorkshire for filming.

Leigh
