Hmmm, this is tougher. Looks like a Blamire or an early Foggy by the background.
I dont know it on first view but will have a ponder.

Yeah could be mate, it certainly looks like that era from the cars doesn't it?

If you are right, I think it's ore likely to be at the start where he is on his way than when he doffs his cap, he was much further up the road and we would have seen the queue behind him....but what do I know. I've only got one of these so far!!!

The bus queue is at the back of the camera as it is now , he eventually shifts his bike nearer the seats to try and put the chain on ???
