Didn't realize it was him at first, but saw a clip of it on one of the network channels here in the states a couple weeks ago and when the characters were normal (not in the sea themed makeup) you could tell right away it was him.

He was another one, who just disappeared into thin air, why did he leave the series, can't imagine he was sacked as Milburn was such a great charactar.

I think he left because he went on a diet and it was decided that it was out of character because he lost so much weight
