I recently viewed "The Funny Side of Christmas" for the umpteenth time. Clegg is describing the dinner menu, which includes bread and a nice bit of cheese. Compo objected vociferously to bread and cheese for Christmas dinner, and Clegg replied, "It's Wensleydale" in a coaxing tone of voice. It was the first time I'd noticed that two-word line!
Now I want a nice bit of Wensleydale cheese for lunch. Happy to eat it with a fork - no bread required.
