Hands up.

Heard it as an expression in a Brit-Com somewhere such as 'You and your ilk.' Figure it means a group of others like the person targeted in the sentence. Not a complimentary term.
 
Learned it in vocabulary drill in Junior year English class prep for the New York State Regent's exam.
