Just seen a clip on Facebook from Catching Digby's Donkey, where Pearl enters the cafe and Crusher is playing air guitar with the brush, on the dvd release this is cut, and is only shown from the section of Nora and Wally entering the cafe, maybe 1 minute edited out, which is such a shame

The other option is that we are to infer that there was more to the conversation that we weren't shown. We didn't need to because its explained in the next scene. Whether a fuller conversation was filmed or not, they may have simply decided it wasn't necessary during the editing process. If someone has a verson of that that is different, maybe it did air that way. If nobody does, then what we see is probably true to the original aired version.

Well, the way it was edited on the DVD obviously implies that it was cut, whether it was or not.
