I see Danbury Mint are advertising a Steiff Bear Compo lookalike, he is 28cm (11 inches) tall, nice I suppose but at £205 inc postage seems a little expensive :me:

The UK site also lists several other SW items including plates

just checked the Steiff website

seems that you can get a basic one for under £30 and a 1909 replica for £119 which makes the Danbury Mint offer not terribly tempting
