Timothy Bateson cropped up in a old Episode of Doctors last week playing a hairdresser

While since I've done this, but can anyone name an actor who appeared in both LOTSW & Heartbeat however briefly. Both series ran for well over 200 episodes so I think there will be plenty. One per post, and I'll start the ball rolling;

Jean Alexander appeared in Heartbeat as the feisty Lily Barton and the equally feisty Auntie Wainwright!!! Your turn next..............

Heartbeat was about 80 episodes more than SW, and after Mrs B watched the entire run on TV it certainly felt like it :-(

Spotted another, Eric Sykes, he played a solicitor who informed Peggy about her inheritance. (which she thought was a thoroughbred racehorse but turned out to be a pig!!!!)

And of course he played the rather merry Doggy Wilkinson.
