Now I know how Barry felt when he was cleaning his car and Compo found a pillow in a dustbin and the feathers covered the side of his car.
I have just washed mine - rinsed and went over it with a chamois - only to find it is covered with tiny bits of the washing sponge that has started to disintegrate. Every wipe just moves the bits around.
It's supposed to be metallic black, it now looks like it has molluscum contagiosum.
