This is something I only started doing recently but it makes sense! If you pour water into a cold teapot by the time it's brewed for 5 mins it's often not hot enough when added to the cup. Arkwright knew what he was talking about here.....
My husband has discovered cold brew teabags. No need for hot water, toss the teabag into the pitcher and fill with cold water. This makes wonderful iced tea!
