Apple/Cinnamon on toast.

Guest
Peel and core an apple
Cut in half and cut in thin slices
fry lightly in butter just until the apple softens
Add cinnamonm to taste and sprinkle of sugar (brown or white) amd mix
Make your toast and butter
Place the apples on the toast

Now that is a nice hot snack

Maybe we could get our revenge on the nasty Beeb by getting him a series on there ;D


Been serious though, he comes up with some very nice ideas. :)

I do like cooking and doing easy stuff which doesn't make a mess.

Come to think of it do you think that Compo (the real one) cooked at all?? He spent all his money at the bookies.

If you need any ideas just ask. I am not Rick Stein or Delia but when you have no other choice I will do. LOL
 
I like simple eats and this Apple/Cinn Toast is right up my alley! Can't wait
to try it! I think the idea of Compo's Cookery is excellent! ;) ;D
