I stopped using prime some while back as often the delivery was either missed or to late in the day to be any use, I also started to shop around more and often found I could buy cheaper elsewhere.
So Friday night I go online to buy a cheap toaster, Amazon where doing a special offer on one with good reviews and for £21 it was worth a punt, it stated free delivery, so I order it, then have to duck and dive not to sign up for Prime, then I had to duck and dive even more to get past a 7 day one time payment for prime, eventually I got to the checkout section, which said it was £4.49p delivery, I then had to tick other boxes to find the free delivery, which claimed it would not be delivered until the 27th Nov, but if I clicked the prime button I could get it today, no thanks the 27th will be fine, Yes you guessed it coming today.
I think this Prime business is earning them more money than profit on the sales
