A new quiz

There was a funeral of a traffic warden taking place and in the middle
of the vicar saying his words a loud knocking sound came from the
coffin followed by a voice shouting "Help me! I'm not dead!", There
was a shocked silence before the vicar smoothly replied "I'm sorry,
the paperwork's already been done"

But I don´t have the answer either, I have only one scene in my head, but can´t remember the episode.
 
Sorry everyone about the wrong thread.You'll have to excuse me I could try blaming my age but the truth is I'm just stupid. :-[
 
Now I'm confused (which is not hard to do ;D)....So Ivy didn't ride a bike by a funeral for a traffic warden?.... Been lookin' all day. No wonder I couldn't find that scene.. ;D


I know the answer to one "Inventor of the 40-Foot Ferret", but not the other... Yet! ;D
 
Was when he had made an effort (unlike some around here .... hint to Sid) by beign dressed up and smelling of aftershave? This was Spring Fever
