There was one episode from the 90´s Tom appeared in, but not as Tom, just as a passerby at a cashpoint. I recognized him, but I can´t remember the name of the episode...
 
Tom was in the Christmas special "Situations Vacant " when the cashpoint made a machine gun sound,foggy grabbed him.

I caught that! I couldn't believe it, but that it was kind of neat to see him before he became Tom. It was so quiick that cameo, from what I remember, but you couldn't miss him!
