I was watching a documentary today about the life of john le mesurier, i'm a great fan of that man's talents as an actor and wonder what sort of contribution he might have made to our programme...a brilliant man who's footloose and carefree attitude could have brought a lot. I know his talents...

steak and kidney pie is wonderful.....but a well made steak and kidney pudding is even better....there's a small local café on the high street in altringcham going into Manchester called "the dom" and they specialize in steak and kidney pudding....instead of flakey pastry they seal the filling...

good for you bwingate, exactly the same with my two sons who are now 23 and 18....lovely lads who would do anything for anyone, the formative years, which i'm sure you'll agree with, were hard work but it pays off... :)
