Some of you know I had custom figures made in time for the 50th celebrations a couple of years ago, however despite positive response to them I was never quite happy with the likenesses I had, as seen as attached

They are for anyone who didn't see them a couple of years ago.

However earlier this year I got the 3 heads redone and I hope you can all see the improvement on them

Glad you did, they look much better. I am curious how you went about finding someone to do that. It seems to be a highly specialized / bespoke / niche / artisan ... type of service. We used to have thick phone books called the 'Yellow Pages' full of local businesses back in the day. No local shops that I know of could do something like that.
