I absolutely love the Getting Sam Home, Christmas Special. The complexity of the situation is pulled off with great mastery.
I love the very deep moments in LOTSW regarding human fragility and mortality. They simply nailed it with accuracy, sometimes humour, philosophy (our cleggy) and sensitivity especially about kids, and they were kids, not coming home from WW2.
LOTSW is simply brilliant.
