Which is everyone's favourite cop show or action series from the 10970s/1980s. Here's my List
Starsky and Hutch
Hawaii 5 0
Magnum
Hunter
Tj hooker
Other Action series that were not really cop led are Dukes of Hazzard and The A Team
 
That period is littered with the corpses of many buddy/cop shows that barely got off the ground in the US, let alone elsewhere. This was one of my favorites : )

Another from the 70's graveyard. Between this and my earlier post it seems The Six Million Dollar Man really influenced many false starts, including the buddy cop genre

I liked Hawaiian Heat that came out around the time Miami Vice did, but sadly was not as popular and only did one season.

Lethal Weapon - Mel Gibson and Danny Glover.

Get Smart - Maxwell Smart and Agent 99.

Not the 70s or 80s nor exactly buddy, buddy - Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. Takes place in 1920's Melborne with Phryne Fisher as a private detective and Detective Inspector Jack Robinson.
