Look out for Brian Wilde and Brian Glover in The Sweeney - Thin Ice on You Tube.

One of those more lighthearted episodes as ones with comedy actors tended to be. Perhaps not for serious dog lovers.

Yes, many a fine guest star appeared in The Sweeney. Including Morecambe and Wise.

When the series finished it mutated into Minder, as it was made by the same makers. Brian Glover turned out another hilarious performance.

Mostly I use "torrents" to download UK TV shows from thepiratebay and
https://tvchaosuk.com as torrents. I use Utorrent 1.8.3 to safely
download them to my hard drive. then convert all the MKV and
MP4 files to AVI for viewing thru my DVD player to my TV.

This is an easy way to get all sorts of older UK TV shows like New Tricks,
On The Busses, Only Fools and Horses, etc.
