Did Foggy ever leave the UK?

I tend to believe that Foggy did actually serve in Burma or similar but not as a sniper,advanced silent killer or he who makes no noise,etc ;D.He would probably have been in one of the support or service regiments

Fairly certain he wore scarf in colours of the Royal Army Service Corps and you couldn't get much more 'support' than that.

Wonder if he was involved in Korea as he was still in the service at the time and the RASC would have been heavily involved ,he probably did signs in Korean!
