I do recall the them tune being sung by choir with school in the background. So, it could be "Just a Small Funeral".

I do not think it was "getting Sam Home", second time choir sang to theme tune and I cannot currently identify first time that was done.

And incidentally, on the other Theme note, the website theme, using "Fresh Looks" as I type this I can barely discern what I type.
