Ancestry Research (Question for any of you history buffs)

Of course, I'm just shooting in the dark but would the Women's Institute be able to help? Do they have an ancestry division?

Beth I work with a lady that has done a lot of ancestry research. I will ask her if she has any suggestions and if she would mind giving you her email address. I can't tell you how many times she has told us about different things she has found out about her family history.

Talked to her, she said she would be happy to help you. She is a pro at ancestry research. I hope she can help you
I will message you her email address.

Thank you ick! I appreciate that! I am pretty much stuck where I am. :) :)

Beth,

That is great you may be able to get across the pond! Mine ends in Virginia. Most likely Dutch - English decent , I am not sure if has been found yet. Someone very distant was researching. Just on one side. The other side came from Germany in the 1800's. Cool to have that info. I may do that after I retire. Sounds interesting!!! :D
