I see in the USA a new show titled best medicine has been broadcast and it is a USA remake of Doc Martin, I wonder if it will surface here maybe via Netflix or similar

Was not aware of this. I've always kidded we had our Doc Martin remake and it was called "Northern Exposure" : ) This is what I'm seeing Yes, there's a new American remake of the British series Doc Martin called Best Medicine...

Why ? Watching breakfast and they have rebooted Inspector Lynley mysteries dropped the Inspector and Mysteries from the title sometimes and somewhere there is some originality desperately trying to get noticed and made into a show...
