I have to remember that lino (some of which is still in my house) had its golden era. It seems like it would have been a straightforward sales pitch for Clegg and in his more energetic years would have done well.

I think they are for services to the sales of linoleum because it takes a significant effort to sell it . People struggle desperately to ask for it , they come in store bright and bushy tailed , measurements in hand , colour in mind and...

We have a place that used to be called Able Jack's but the name changed years ago but we still call it that, they sell lino of all thicknesses you can by off cuts very cheaply, ever couple of years we buy an off cut for the outside toilet.
