Can recommend everything that the Cap listed. Been there, done that, would enjoy a revisit. Love Whitby, partly because I like the HF house just outside town. Could spend another several days poking around and photographing the Abbey... -

I have two wonky knees and cannot take a step without a cane or walker. Yes, I agree that concerning exercise that you're walking a very fine line between adding strength and triggering another flare-up. -
