In reality be anywhere close to Edie's car, let alone Compo standing in front of it at the end of the Glory Hole. Okay we all know is was a well managed stunt and perfectly safe, but it would of have been more realistic if the trio had run the other direction

Should have it on the walls of places like Pass and Go driving schools with the caption saying when you learn with us there is a hill to climb to pass your test but not like this or go with Pass and Go or you too could end up like this.
 
Looking at it they wouldn't see the car coming because the mound is blocking the view so basically they wouldn't see it until it's on top of them by then fight, flight or freeze kicks in.

Well Compo looks like he is enjoying the moment and just wandering very close to the front of the car
