Whose Face?

On the Holmfirth Web web site, under the title
Lights! Camera! Action! is a face I know but cannot
place. Looks like someone I have seen on HIGNFY,
but cannot come up with a name.

Help???

It looks like it could be the Journalist and Author William Woodard...also known as Will Self.
