What Happened

Was it the episode when the whole production team credits are at the beginning. I'm sure there was a episode like that . Of course I could by lying
 
The odd one that springs to my mind is Why Does Norman Clegg Buy Ladies Elastic Stockings.
 
I remember something about the video release of Pate and Chips not having any opening credits at all, though the TV version did.
 
What happened was this...the titles creator asked the name of the show. 'Open all Hours' came the earnest reply. 'No, Still Open all Hours' came the stern rebuke. After much wrangling and internal strife they compromised on having both titles used.
 
I'm using "What Happened" thread because what did happen last week on BBC Breakfast when Sir David Jason was a guest ? I was watching, I was very uneasy with the way he behaved towards Naga Munchetty and some of the remarks he made were very questionable , I'm afraid it has slightly tarnished his image in my eyes .

His comic talent is undoubted but the National Treasure crown for me has a bit of a dent and I'm not sure where the plenish hammer will come from . In recent days this has not gone unnoticed and the press is littered with people expressing their dismay at how he behaved . I am not sure if this was just the cheeky chappie Del boy like persona or something more sinister either way it is quite sad to see .
 
Having looked at it all it seems to me an attempt by the media to discredit him that has gained further traction through the ills of social media. His comments are misguided perhaps but merely an attempt at humour that doesn't always sit well with today's audiences. I suspect his memory failed him briefly and snapped into an attempt to diffuse potential concerns in this way. It is neither sinister or a persona and as such he is not tarnished to me at least.

He forgot what he was talking about - and so pretended to be mesmerised by Naga, to jokingly cover up his forgetfulness.
Earlier he had explained how to keep it going when you have a weak moment in a stage show - I suppose this is a similar instance really.
