I can see you are finding this one hard so time for a clue,it is connected with a pillow
 
Counting the pilot as Episode #1, the only Episode #16 I can come up with is "Mending Stuart's Leg".

Intriguing as to why that "Stuart" is spelt in the Scottish surname manner.

I think you,ve missed the point UNC . Terry in his wisdom has set us a competition to guess which episode he's chosen from a small part of a photo.The current one is the 16th one he's chosen. :)

Quite right, I had completely missed the point on his numbering system.

I am atill intrigued on the "Stuart" spelling, however.
