For those who ain't seen it, the first several
episodes of The Royal (spun off Heartbeat) are
being uploaded on TheBox.
 
I also liked the Royal.

But I have a question to ask seeing that you download from The Box. It is so hard to control the Ratio. I download most of the free stuff even if I don't like the shows. This way I might get seeders to help my ratio. Some shows I like are not free like Countryfile and certain documentaries old comedies etc. Can you tell me please if you have a secret how to keep your Ratio up and going???? I would really appreciate it..
 
As you said, I download a lot of FREE shows just to keep my ratio
up (it's over 3 now). At one time I went positively berserk and
downloaded several series of Heartbeat and The Royal. At
that time I did make a small financial contribution to up my
ratio when it was getting low.
 
Mine is 1.34. It use to be 1.38 last week but I downloaded a lot. I never made a contribution...

Didn't need to make a contribution, but when I look at the
thousands of DVDs I have burned from the shows I have
downloaded, I felt guilty until I sent them some coin. I have
a huge drawer full of discs burned from TheBox.bz downloads
including Heartbeat, The Royal, Dr Who, Dr Finlay, Endeavor,
Hetty Wainthropp, HIGNFY, Hamish McBeth, George Gently,
Summer Wine, Lewis, Morse, Poirot, Red Dwarf, New Trix,
Sykes, Lynley, Indian Doctor, Iron Lady, Tommy and Tuppence,
Blackadder, Upstairs Downstairs, etc etc.

Dunno, Very very very grateful!!!!
