What Husband and Wife Characters from a UK comedy show (Not written by Roy Clarke), also appeared in another Roy Clarke show and one of them appeared in LOSW
 
:eek:This is tough or so obvious I'm missing it I have been through lots of options and dismissed them having looked what they have been in Lynda Baron, Jo Tewson but they appear never to be married in other shows , then thought maybe Brian Murphy with Yootha Joyce but she hasn't been in another Roy Clarke comedy . Then Tony Haygarth as he was in Rosie and LOTSW but cannot find him in any series where he was in a relationship . Next was John Challis and Sue Holderness in OFAH and she is in Still Open all Hours but he doesn't appear though he is of course in LOTSW . So I'm a bit stumped but will carry on until either someone gets it or I eventually do

You got there in the end Captain, John and Sue both appeared in Open all Hours and Still open all Hours, John appeared in OAH just once as the bread man, and of course Jeremy in LOSW
 
I also noted that even in Open all hours, Arnold Street was mentioned, it must be a favourite go to name that Roy uses for road names
