That's the item I was looking for Roger, I don't recall it every being used, just sat by the telephone pole most of the time

I cannot see it being used in this episode Barry, but it may of been used but I have never spotted it

I got muddled up with my episodes, I'm sure he does use one in Beware of The Hot Dog, which when I come to think of it, is a very similar script to Hey Big Vendor!

In that one he has a propane cylinder fitted to the trailer for cooking, but does not use his welding gear
