My niggle of the year!

I ordered the BT Infinity to the premises on September 2nd, and had nothing but delays and excuses ever since.
This afternoon they updated my order to what you see in the attachment.
The only solace I have is that 100% of FTTP customers in South East Cornwall are also in delay! I'm not alone.

I suppose I should be saying hooray, it's finally on it's way, but it feels more like an anti-climax

I feel confident the engineer will turn up on that date,and while he drinks the coffee you made him,he will look around and he will ask so where is the fiber then ???
