Just caught the last minute or so of a tune called DEVILS GALLOP. It was the theme music to a Programme on the radio called "Dick Barton Special Agent !"which I was allowed to listen to before bed as a youngster.I found it had still got the power to raise goosebumps even after 60 years :eek: No wonder my mother wondered why it took me so long to get to sleep! Has anyone else got a tune that still stirs them?? ::)

I would highly recommend The El Cid and Ben Hur soundtracks by Miklos Rozsa and Ron Goodwin's 633 Squadron and Where Eagles Dare Soundtracks to make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
