LOSW Stage Show

Did the LOSW stage show ever happen in the 1980s? I know Bill Owen wanted to do it, but that Brian Wilde refused to appear in it, did it ever go ahead, did anyone ever see it and who took the Foggy part in the show.

As far as I know, and please correct me if I start to go wrong, there were two stage shows - one with Owen and Sallis, and a later one with just Owen and Derek Fowlds replacing Sallis.

I gather one of the shows introduced Howard, Pearl and Marina. I think but I'm not sure Howard was played by Bread star Kenneth Waller in one of the shows - hopefully someone can give better information.

I think the info given is substantially correct.

Foggy was referred to, but was always upstairs.

Since then there has been a stage show based on the novel "Moonbather"

Hiya Foggy, Have a look under the trading place section. Theres a copy of the flyer for the Bournemouth show.

Didn't realise Jane Freeman was in it as well (the 1984 Bournemouth show will Owen and Sallis at least).

Would have loved to have seen that. I wonder if someone attempted to film it, or if a script still exists.
