Help needed with webcam

Please help figure out this little problem. When I go to this webcam to see the latest picture etc of outside the Cafe it will show the current time. It says that picture changes every 50 seconds but it doesnt. it remains there for hours. Am I doing something wrong????

Hm, when I click it, it does change every 50 seconds. Have you any blocking programs running in the background, like NoScript for example? That very often blocks functions on websites I´m visiting and I have to enable them first.
 
Normally it changes every minute or so for me as well.

When it does not, I click the Reload button on my browser
and it changes then.

clue: check the date and time at the top of the image.
 
Hello to cciaffone and ****. I want to thank you both so much for the help. I felt no one will reply so I thank you again. I love looking at the webcam.
 
Looks like a big tent or cover. This morning was very busy with people comging and going. The day started wet and then the sun came out..
 
Just noticed that the cover is very wet. So maybe this is a cover with tables belonging to the Cafe to keep the rain off them..
 
Just turned on the webcam and no one around but it is very wet...
